If you are the owner of any Grupo T&C apartments, with this program you could refer your friends or relatives and win great prizes! This option is applicable only if you have paid the total cost of the apartment.

1. The referred person shouldn´t have been registered previously in the data base of Grupo T&C.
2. The referred person should purchase an apartment or office to be elegible. It is not applicable for parking lots, deposits and/or closets.
3. The referred person must have signed the minutes of buying and selling within 60 days of making the booking payment.
4. The one who refers cannot be a broker or worker of Grupo T&C, nor close relatives.
5. The prize will be for the corresponding value.
6. Only prizes can be accumulated by category. They do not mixed.
7. The prizes´ amount will be granted according to the category in which the project belongs as indicated by the sales advisor.
